One of the vamperic being from Philippine myth is the Manananggal, capable of splitting it self half. has a long tongue with sharp edge to pierce through wombs to feed on the fetus. they said the only way to defeat a manananggal is search for its lower half and rinse it with garlic, salt and holy water
